Certainly Uncertain
There really is no such thing as certainty. We like to paint questions as black and white, but the truth is that it's not that simple.
There will always be a scenario of 'what if this happens?' or 'what if that happens?' The idea is that we cannot know things for sure, so we must not try.
Don't fool ourselves, we should use the information available to make the most informed decision but we can't answer things with a 100% certainly of a yes or no.
Use the information available, understand what is a risk vs what is uncertain, understand what is unknown, try to hedge where possible, and then determine how confident you are and move on.
